This is a firm semi-translucent urethane, widely used for concrete form liners and plaster molds. It is fast-setting, so de-molding can take place after a few hours. It also has significant strength, allowing it to be stretched for various casting applications. 75-60 may stain some casting materials.

Poly 75 Series rubbers consist of liquid Part A and Part B which after mixing, cure at room temperature to economical, flexible mold rubbers. These products may be considered for casting plasters, cements and waxes. Resins may also be cast with proper release agents. The Poly 75 Series has been formulated for good economy with high performance.

PMC 870 is a Shore 70A addition to the line of industrial liquid rubber products (such as PMC 780 and PMC 790) used for a variety of industrial and casting applications. Mixed two parts A to one part B by weight, PMC 870 pour easily and cures at room temperature to a solid Shore 70A rubber that has exceptional performance characteristics and dimensional stability.

It is suitable for production casting of abrasive materials such as concrete (pre-cast concrete, making concrete stamping pads, etc.) and gypsum plasters with high exotherms. It is also suitable for rubber mechanical parts of varying configurations (gaskets, wheels, pulleys) as well as ball mill liners and vibration / shock pads.

PMC-780 Urethane Rubber - PMC-780 is a premium performance urethane rubber that offers exceptional strength, durability and abrasion resistance. Mixed two parts A to one part B by volume or weight, PMC-780 pours easily and cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Original PMC-780 Dry does not exude an oil and is used around the world for casting abrasive materials such as concrete (pre-cast concrete, making concrete stamping pads, etc.) and gypsum plasters with high exotherms. PMC-780 Dry is also commonly used to make rubber mechanical parts of varying configurations (gaskets, wheels, pulleys) as well as ball mill liners and vibration/shock pads.

PMC-790 Urethane Rubber - PMC-790 is an industrial urethane rubber compound designed to meet the most stringent requirements of industrial production applications. It is a very hard rubber that offers superior tear and tensile strength as well as impact and abrasion resistance.PMC-790 is suitable for a variety of industrial applications including making concrete stamping pads, mold liners and molds for casting concrete. PMC-790 is also good for making ball mill liners, industrial rollers and belts, rubber mechanical parts.

The firmest of rubbers at 90A, this material is effective for molding or casting. TCS recommends it be used for molding, only with the simplest of pieces (no undercutting). Durable positives can be made with this elastomer.

These products are very hard with excellent abrasion and moisture resistance in cured form. They are used for making a variety of hard rubber parts, forms, tools, rollers, etc. where the best wear and highest performance is expected from a hard liquid rubber. Poly 81-90 is a very firmer rubber with a Shore A-90 hardness. Poly 81-D45 and Poly 81-D55 are even harder systems that have only very slight flexibility and a feel that borders on that of a plastic.

Poly 81 Series Rubbers consist of liquid Part A and Part B which after mixing, cure at room temperature to tough, durable, polyurethane type rubbers of different hardnesses. They offer moisture insensitivity, long working time, low viscosity for easy vacuuming, good flow and low prices for this type of rubber.

Molds and mold facings, forming tools, industrial parts, rollers, electrical potting and encapsulation, gaskets, engine mounts, pads and bumpers.

A perfectly clear flexible material that does not need to be vacuum cast. The super-low viscosity allows easy bubble release. This rubber is actually being used more as a casting material than a mold material, but when used for molds, offers the convenience of being able to see through it for easy cutting. Unfortunately, either a heated post-cure or a week at room temperature is required, so time becomes an issue.

Clear Flex 95 is water white clear urethane liquid rubber compounds designed for applications that require absolute clarity and resistance to sunlight. Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and pouring. Clear Flex 95 cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Cured castings are clear, flexible and UV Resistant. Vibrant colors and color effects are achieved by adding pigments. Applications include making clear-cut molds, model reproductions, decorative cast pieces, special effects, prototype parts.
